Website Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 17 July 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of https://unityworkforce.co.uk. By using the website, you confirm that you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, you should stop using the website.

2. About Unity Workforce Solutions Ltd

Unity Workforce Solutions Ltd provides permanent-recruitment and candidate-introduction services. In its current service model, it operates as an employment agency introducing candidates for direct employment by hirers. It does not currently supply temporary workers or operate temporary-worker payroll.

  • Website: https://unityworkforce.co.uk

3. Other terms that may apply

  • Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
  • Separate candidate registration or representation terms.
  • Separate client or hirer terms of business.
  • Vacancy-specific information and any formal offer or employment contract issued by a hirer.

These website terms do not replace separately agreed recruitment or commercial terms. If there is a conflict, the specific written agreement governing the relevant service will take priority.

4. Website access

The website is made available free of charge. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors or compatibility with every device. We may suspend, withdraw, restrict or change any part of the website without notice.

5. Vacancy information

Vacancies and recruitment opportunities are provided for general information. Publication does not guarantee that:

  • the vacancy remains available;
  • the employer will proceed with recruitment;
  • a candidate will be interviewed or appointed;
  • the stated salary, location, hours, duties or start date will remain unchanged; or
  • a particular applicant meets all eligibility and screening requirements.

A vacancy may be amended, placed on hold, filled or withdrawn without notice. Any employment offer is made by the relevant hirer and is subject to its formal terms and required checks.

6. Candidate responsibilities

Candidates agree to provide accurate, current and non-misleading information and are responsible for ensuring that:

  • their CV, employment history, qualifications and application details are accurate;
  • documents supplied are genuine and valid;
  • they disclose information materially relevant to eligibility or suitability for a role;
  • they have permission to provide referee details;
  • they notify us of changes to contact details, availability, right-to-work status or professional registration; and
  • they cooperate with lawful identity, right-to-work, reference, DBS, safeguarding and role-specific checks.

Registering, submitting a CV or applying for a vacancy does not create an employment relationship between a candidate and Unity Workforce Solutions Ltd.

7. Screening and DBS checks

An introduction or appointment may be conditional upon checks appropriate to the role, including identity, right to work, employment history, references, qualifications, professional registration, training, health or fitness requirements and Disclosure and Barring Service checks.

Unity Workforce Solutions Ltd may complete or facilitate DBS checks for eligible roles. The level and type of check will depend on the role and applicable law. Candidates will be told what checks are required and must provide truthful and complete information.

8. Employers and hirers

Employers and hirers are responsible for:

  • providing accurate and lawful vacancy information;
  • complying with employment, equality, immigration, safeguarding and health-and-safety law;
  • making final hiring decisions and issuing employment terms;
  • treating candidate information confidentially and using it only for legitimate recruitment purposes;
  • informing us promptly of material changes to a vacancy or hiring decision; and
  • paying applicable recruitment fees under separately agreed terms of business.

9. No work-finding fee

Unity Workforce Solutions Ltd does not charge candidates or other work-seekers a fee for finding or attempting to find them work. Any optional non-work-finding service, if introduced, would be offered under separate terms and would not be a condition of receiving recruitment services.

10. Enquiries and applications

Submitting an enquiry, CV or application does not guarantee that we will:

  • register or represent the applicant;
  • identify a suitable role;
  • submit the applicant to an employer;
  • obtain an interview or employment offer; or
  • provide individual feedback on every application.

We may decline to proceed where information is incomplete, we cannot assist, or proceeding would create legal, safeguarding, regulatory or commercial concerns.

11. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the website unlawfully or fraudulently;
  • submit false, misleading or impersonated information;
  • upload viruses, malicious code or harmful material;
  • attempt unauthorised access to the website, server or connected systems;
  • interfere with website operation or security controls, including reCAPTCHA;
  • scrape or extract website data through automated means without permission;
  • misuse candidate, employer or business information;
  • infringe intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights; or
  • send spam or abusive material through website forms.

12. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, Unity Workforce Solutions Ltd owns or is licensed to use the intellectual property rights in the website and its content, including text, branding, graphics, page designs, photographs and software elements.

You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, republish, sell, license, modify, distribute or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission.

13. General information only

Website content is provided for general information and is not legal, immigration, tax, financial, regulatory, employment or professional advice. You should obtain appropriate advice for decisions requiring specialist guidance.

14. Third-party services

The website may use or link to third-party services. This includes Google reCAPTCHA v3 for form security. We do not control third-party websites or services and are not responsible for their availability, content, security or privacy practices.

15. Website security

We take reasonable measures to maintain website security but do not guarantee that the website is completely secure or free from harmful code. Users are responsible for protecting their own devices, software and accounts.

16. Responsibility for loss or damage

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to the above, we are not responsible for loss or damage arising from:

  • reliance on general website information;
  • a vacancy being changed, filled, suspended or withdrawn;
  • an employer deciding not to interview or appoint a candidate;
  • inaccurate information supplied by a user, candidate, employer or third party;
  • temporary website unavailability or events outside our reasonable control;
  • third-party websites or services; or
  • viruses or harmful material originating outside our reasonable control.

Where the website is used for business purposes, we will not be liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, anticipated savings, goodwill, or indirect or consequential loss, to the extent permitted by law.

17. Privacy

Personal information submitted through the website is processed under our Privacy Policy. You must not submit another person’s personal information unless you have their authority and the disclosure is lawful.

18. Age restriction

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will be published on this page with its revised date.
